Meet Liz
Liz is a breathwork coach specialising in performance, recovery and nervous system conditioning.
After experiencing the profound impact of breathwork in her own life, Liz began exploring the connection between breath, the nervous system and human performance. What started as a personal practice to release long-held emotions and reconnect with herself has evolved into a career helping others do the same to unlock and sustain their unique edge.
Holding a Bachelor of Science and two formal certifications in breathwork facilitation, Liz blends evidence-based techniques with a grounded, relatable approach. Her work spans from intimate group classes to training A-League athletes and executives, using the breath to help them handle pressure, recover well and build sustainable peak performance through nervous system conditioning.
Over the past decade, Liz has moved from deep personal immersion in breathwork to facilitating and teaching across Victoria and Australia, she has partnered with organisations to run transformational experiences nationally while also working privately with individuals through 1:1 coaching and tailored performance programs.
Her philosophy is simple: the breath is your truest anchor. It’s a tool we can return to in every moment to feel steady, present and ready for whatever comes next.
Breathwork isn't a one-off solution. It's a gateway to uncovering both the internal limits that hold us back and the untapped potential that has always been inside us.
Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually - everyone has the capacity to embrace their unique edge. The breath exists as the door.
