4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or credited toward a future service with Liz Ho.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may forfeit the session fee at our discretion.

  • Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds are not offered except at our discretion or where required by law.

5. Liability Waiver & Informed Consent

By booking and participating in any breathwork session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Breathwork can involve physical, mental, and emotional intensity, including but not limited to tingling, dizziness, changes in breathing, emotional release, and altered states of awareness.

  • Breathwork is not suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions including, but not limited to: pregnancy, cardiovascular issues, epilepsy or seizure disorders, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, or severe mental health conditions such as psychosis.

  • You must inform Liz Ho of any relevant medical conditions prior to participation.

  • You are responsible for consulting your doctor before participating if you have any concerns or pre-existing conditions.

  • You voluntarily assume all risk and responsibility for your participation.

  • Elizabeth Su Yi Ho, along with her successors, assigns, and beneficiaries, is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or adverse outcome that may arise during or after your participation in breathwork.

6. Medical Disclaimer

  • Breathwork is a complementary practice and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

  • Liz Ho is not a licensed medical practitioner, psychologist, or therapist.

  • If you have concerns regarding your physical or mental health, please seek professional advice before engaging in breathwork.
